Groz Beckert Embroidery Machine Needles Titanium Coated

Thanks to its special geometry, the DB x K5 embroidery machine needle displays higher resistance to deflection than other needle systems used in embroidery (for example DB x 1). It stands up better to the high demands made by embroidery machines.

The larger eye of the DB x K5 delivers further benefits by protecting thread and material, thus leading to less thread breakage and secure loop pick-up.

Groz Beckert DBxK5 SAN® 1 GEBEDUR®  variation needles are a standard embroidery machine needle (in terms of geometry), but are titanium nitride coated and can be distinguished from standard needles by their “golden” appearance.

With their titanium nitride coating the GEBEDUR® needles have a higher hardness than standard needles. Additionally, they are better protected against wear and damage. Therefore, GEBEDUR® needles are primarily used in applications where the point and the eye area tend to fast wear.  Typical applications include hats, caps, leathers and belts.
