This 75gsm white (firm) fusible (iron-on) tear-away backing is a mid-weight tear-away, suitable for most stable fabrics and ideal for use as a badge backing. The non-woven Polyester backing is 75gsm with an 18gsm heat activated adhesive layer. Tear-away offers faster removal, and no risk of damaging embroidery work with scissors.
Apply the fusible backing with an iron or heat press with temperature between 130 and 150 degrees celsius, pressure at 1.5-2.5KgF/cm2 (21-35psi), for 10-15 seconds or until well bonded.
Recommended washing instructions: maximum 35 degrees celcius (Cold Wash recommended)
Available in a full 1metre wide, 100m long roll, or widths of 10cm (great for cap embroidery!) and 25cm (24.6cm) for convenient hooping application.
