Cotton Tearaway – 80gsm White Pre-cut Squares 250 pieces

This  Hard  Recycled Cotton 80gsm Tearaway embroidery backing is  medium-heavy weight and tears easily in two directions. Perfect as a stabilizer for woven fabrics and can be layered up where additional support during stitching is required.

Cotton tear embroidery backing, also referred to as Paper backing, is widely used and very economical. This product is manufactured using pure recycle cotton. Tearaway embroidery backing is a temporary stabilizer and is easily removed after your stitching is completed. We recommend using tearaway for medium to heavy weight fabrics and dense embroidery designs. After embroidery, it can be torn away with hands in either horizontal or vertical direction.

Pre-cut squares are a time & waste-saving option for your embroidery requirements – no need to cut pieces for each embroidery.  Available in common use sizes of 16x16cm, 19x19cm and 23x23cm (to suit 12cm, 15cm and 18cm round frames / hoops respectively).
